Good planning makes an easy island day.
Pickup, park fees, custom routes, cancellation, languages, and what happens after you request a tour.
Questions before the road.
Where can you pick us up?
Pickup may be arranged from hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, cruise ports, and airports in the Hilo or Kona service areas. Your exact location is confirmed before the tour; longer cross-island pickups may change the itinerary or price.
Are park admission fees included? /
Any included fees are listed in your final written itinerary. Because routes can be customized, we confirm park entries and third-party admissions before requesting a deposit.
Can we customize the route? /
Yes. Every tour is private, so we can adjust stops, pace, food preferences, and time spent at each location. Some combinations are not realistic in one day; we will recommend a safe, comfortable route.
Do you offer English service? /
Yes. Tour planning and day-of service are available in both English and Chinese. Please share your preferred language in the request form.
Is the vehicle shared with other guests? /
No. The service is private to the group on your reservation. Vehicle capacity and luggage space are confirmed before booking.
What is the cancellation policy? /
The final cancellation terms will be provided in writing before you pay a deposit. Weather-sensitive experiences such as stargazing may need special rescheduling terms. Add the company’s approved policy here before launch.
Do I pay when I submit the form? /
No. The website first collects your request. Daiwei confirms availability, itinerary, and final price. A deposit is requested only after you approve the details.
Can you guarantee active lava or clear stars? /
No operator can guarantee volcanic activity or weather. We check current conditions and adjust the plan whenever possible, but safety, park rules, clouds, and volcanic activity can change quickly.
What should we bring? /
Comfortable closed-toe shoes, sun protection, a light rain layer, and any personal medication are sensible for most tours. Mauna Kea trips require warm layers; your confirmation will include a route-specific packing list.
